Do I need a referral?
While we are happy to collaborate with all other healthcare professionals, Arizona is a direct access state, so a physician referral is NOT necessary for any of our services. We can schedule as soon as you are ready.
Do you accept my insurance?
As an out-of-network provider, we do not directly bill or accept insurance. However, do provide Superbills that you can directly submit to your insurance company for possible coverage of PT services.
Why are you a cash based practice?
Being cash-pay is what allows us to treat holistically and locate the root cause of your symptoms. We are not restricted to a specific body part indicated on your referral/prescription or set number of visits. We believe this allows us to be more efficient with your treatment, likely saving you time and money over the course of your care.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes! Please give us this information when scheduling your appointment.
What will my appointment look like?
You will work with Dr. Brittany Cline, 1:1 for the entirety of your appointment. We never double book or alternate treatments with a PTA or PT technician.
Do I have to be pregnant or a mom to be seen?
Absolutely not! We also treat general orthopedic concerns.
Where are you located?
We are based in Gilbert, Arizona but travel to parts of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the east valley (including Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley)!
